Role Summary
The Inside Sales Rep will work closely with our VP of Partnerships & Head of Marketing to drive revenue by converting lead sponsor referrals into signed contracts. Beyond sales, this role is about ownership—iterating and improving sales processes for efficiency and scale.
Key Repsonsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas and continuously refine sales funnel processes.
- Qualify and educate fund managers, presenting Tribevest’s value proposition.
- Close fund managers, guiding them from initial engagement to signed contracts.
- Build relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Assist the Deal Intake process which is the trigger to referrals from the Lead Sponsor.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and account management.
- Power user of HubSpot CRM for lead and sales tracking and reporting.
- Capture client feedback and collaborate with the product team for enhancements.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in sales with quota-based compensation.
- 3+ years in private equity, real estate investing, or related fields.
- Experience in fund structures and private equity deal flow.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to iterate and improve sales systems.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in investor relations, managing investors, or real estate syndication.
- Background in private equity, real estate syndication, investment management.
- Familiarity with The Lean Startup methodology.
- Power user of HubSpot Sales funnels.
- Proactive, go-getter, resourceful, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
